Well Greg did it without a problem. Installed the fan,
ran the venting between the floor joist next to the

the mold/mildew off the ceiling, primed and painted. He
did a great job for us, no more ceiling mess from our

am remodeling the downstairs and he installed cabinets
and built countertops in my kitchen; installed a new AC
thermostat; installed a full glass front door; moved
around electrical outlets; installed track lighting in
the stairwell w/it's own switch. Had him back again he
installed a new backdoor; built a countertop in guest
bathroom; installed electrical & cable outlet above
fireplace (for flat panel TV). I will have him back when
I begin remodeling the upstairs. Highly recommend Greg
to any homeowner, he does take a bit of a wait but he's
